Campaign Submissions

This is a template page for campaign submissions – edit the text as you will, but please do not overwrite it for actual campaigns as you will make the webadminion sad. Anything in italics will need updating, you may wish to remove the italics as well until the page is put to sleep again.

The Committee is now taking submissions for the 2024/2025 campaign year. You can choose to apply for either a full-length campaign or a half-length campaign.

Full-length:

• 12-16 games, October → June
• Final rank cap around 2-20
• Optional 36hr

Half-length:

• 6-8 games, either October → Christmas (Autumn) or April → end of June (Spring)
• Final rank cap around 2-15
• Optional 36hr

We would like you to include in your application:

• Whether you’re applying for a full-length or half-length campaign
• If half-length, if you have a preference for Autumn or Spring
• If you want to apply for a 36hr as campaign finale
• An outline of the premise (minus any spoilers so that the committee can play as well)
• Any restrictions on characters (classes, training etc.)
• Any ‘specials’ for characters (allowing usually restricted races/guilds etc.)
• Names of Co-GM (at least one and ideally two)
• Anything else you think we should know – campaign-only rules, plans for downtime etc.

You can be part of multiple submissions if you wish.

We will be endeavouring to have any meetings between committee and GMs by 23rd June in order to give GMs (and players!) plenty of time to prepare, but if we get applications before the deadline we will hold those discussions earlier.
